not all those who wander are lost

You ask me how I don’t have any regrets. Given the choices I’ve made and the things I’ve done, you don’t understand how I don’t look back and wish to change something, anything. What do you dream about when you fall asleep? Some moments in time are so fleeting that it’s easy to see them negatively. I don’t have dreams about “what-ifs.” I don’t fall asleep into a world of what I wish I had done. My dreams are vivid memories. I relive moments of my life and smell and feel the warmth of them. I feel the sting, too. But I don’t have dreams about what-ifs, and that tells me I’m doing something right.
